Food Poisoning
You should try to avoid food poisoning - free advice ;)
Information from the Food Marketing Institute comes in handy.
| Beef sausage | 2 to 3 days | 1 to 2 months | Freeze two weeks in original wrapper. Use suitable wrap for longer periods. | |
| Beef steaks | 2 to 3 days | 1 to 2 months | Freeze two weeks in original wrapper. Use suitable wrap for longer periods. | |
I have exceeded these recommendations by magnitues, but on the other hand, maybe the Food Marketing Institute has their own agenda ;)
